Job Title: Web Content Editor & Digital Experience Analyst

Kwaan Bear IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Web Content Editor & Digital Experience Analyst to support the management, improvement, and continued evolution of a large-scale enterprise website for a major academic client. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, user experience, accessibility, and digital analytics, helping ensure the website remains accurate, user-friendly, effective, and aligned with audience needs. The ideal candidate will use data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, support coordination across stakeholders, and proactively recommend enhancements that strengthen the overall digital experience. As part of a small, collaborative team, this high-impact role requires strong judgment, ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently with limited direction in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties:
Content & User Experience (Primary Focus)

• Create, revise, and optimize web content across the site
• Ensure content meets standards for quality, accessibility, usability, and brand alignment
• Improve user experience through content structure, clarity, and consistency
• Support content audits, standardization efforts, and ongoing updates

Analytics & Optimization

• Use GA4 and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) to analyze user behavior and content performance
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, usability, and conversion
• Establish and monitor KPIs tied to content and user experience
• Recommend and implement data-driven improvements
• Configure and customize GA4 tracking (events, reports, dashboards) as needed

Quality Assurance & Validation

• Support QA efforts for website updates, enhancements, and system changes
• Test and validate pages, components, and functionality
• Identify and document issues related to content, layout, accessibility, and functionality
• Collaborate with development and UX teams to verify fixes and improvements
• Help ensure updates and patches function as expected

Coordination & Support

• Work with stakeholders and content contributors across the organization
• Gather and clarify requirements and translate them into actionable work
• Train and support web content editors and publishers
• Create and maintain documentation and training resources
• Support alignment between content, UX, and development efforts
• Help prioritize and organize incoming work

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills
• Experience working with a CMS and web publishing workflows
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and metadata, and the ability to apply insights to improve content performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
