Capabilities Development Specialist

TITLE: Capabilities Development Specialist
CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
LOCATION: Mark Center - Alexandria, VA

Required Skills and Relevant Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System.
Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and/or policy (DOTMLPF-P) analysis.
Experience with research and development of new requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.

Required Education and Certification:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any field of study

Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:

Preferred certificate, degree or higher-level education to be in Business, Finance, Accounting,
Information Technology or Engineering discipline.
Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the
Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, Combatant Commands, DARPA, ONR, DoS etc.)
(general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level); and,
Knowledge or experience with an OIE related field
